Safety

The Goulburn Club is committed to keeping all  our Volunteers and Casual Employees safe.  Our Work Health Safety (WHS) and Building Emergency Procedures  are available on-line. All Volunteers can readily access the Building Evacuation Procedures, Safe Operating procedures, Safety Data Sheets and Risk Management Procedures. Club members are invited to contribute comments on additional risks, SOps and SDSs that should be included in these pages

Safety Information

Volunteers working behind the bar and on signing-in duties are required to have a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) card, which must be on their person when volunteering in these functions. There are penalties for non-compliance for both the Volunteer and the Goulburn Club. Bar workers are also to ensure that they do not serve alcohol to patrons under 18 or to intoxicated customers. Serious penalties can be imposed for non-compliance.
