Food Safety

In order to ensure that the food provided at the Club complies with health regulations, Volunteers and Caterers are required to comply with the health requirements as set out in the clubs  Food-Smart Program.

To ensure we have a documentation of compliance (required NSW health Regulations) it is necessary that all food volunteers  and Caterers fill out the Kitchen Checks Record Form for each meal provided.
